iBeat to Perform Friday 9/19 8pm

if you haven't yet get his free download album "BLCKR" here

iBeat on BLCKR:
"I was sort of at a dark period of my life when I made this album. Just dealing with life in its various incarnations. I was trying to understand what it meant to be a black person in today’s pop culture. I feel like this year, more than any previous year, is really about the examining and re-defining of the “THE BLACK IMAGE.” Nothing can be more evident then the presence of Barack Obama.

My favorite track is “Midnight Rides.” This song is inspired by the many nights in the lower beasting with the BlacRen Krew. Peace to all my boys and girls! Midnight Rides."
